      Dana Robinson-Wild is a Kundalini yogi and nervous system educator specializing in integrative, body-based practices that support regulation, resilience, and cognitive engagement across a wide spectrum of neurological and trauma-related challenges.

      Her work combines breathwork, movement, meditation, and contemplative practice to help retrain stress patterns and support neuroplasticity. She has worked with individuals navigating complex nervous system conditions, including developmental differences, acquired brain injury, trauma-related dysregulation, and treatment-related cognitive changes.

      Rather than replacing medical or psychological care, her approach complements it — engaging both physiology and deeper awareness to support meaningful, sustainable change.

She believes healing and recovery are most effective when the body and inner life are addressed together.
